RENTAL MANAGEMENT is an offer addressed to property owners who, due to their place of residence, number of properties, or simply lack of time, are unable to properly handle matters related to their apartments. Thanks to our service, your property will be under professional care.

The offer is also intended for companies whose business model is based on outsourcing processes within the services they provide, or whose scale of operations does not currently allow them to employ specialists — billing system operators.

We currently manage or sublet over 270 apartments.

Our responsibilities as part of the rental management service:

• Conducting reliable selection and verification of tenants,
• Handover and acceptance of apartments (handover protocols),
• Preparing apartments for handover,
• Handling settlements with utility providers,
• Transferring rental income to the Owner together with a report,
• Providing invoices and bills for rent, service charges, and utilities,
• Verifying the correctness of issued invoices and bills,
• Technical inspections and control of rented apartments,
• Ongoing supervision of apartments in terms of order and cleanliness, 
• Representing the Owner, based on an appropriate power of attorney, before tenants, authorities, and institutions in matters related to the performance of the rental management agreement,
• Notifying Tenants about meter readings and other administrative matters,
• Notifying owners of company apartments about the need to remove failures and defects,
• Supporting Tenants in ongoing matters related to the use of the apartment,
• Preparing annexes to lease agreements, statements, settlements, and terminations,
• Monitoring the insurance status of the premises,
• Supporting Tenants in administrative and banking matters,
• Proper termination of the lease with final settlement of utilities and deposit,
• Organization of move-ins and move-outs.
