STEP BY STEP – HOW DOES THE TRANSACTION WORK?

Fast and safe, minimum formalities, and after the transaction is completed you can still live in your apartment.

  1. You report your property by phone at 732-850-500
  2. An AJ Promotion analyst assesses the value of the apartment and contacts you to present a preliminary offer. (Remember, our offer is a maximum of 80% of the market price, not the average price from property listing portals.)
  3. You accept the indicative valuation and we arrange a property viewing.
  4. On the same day you receive our final offer.
  5. After negotiations and mutual acceptance of the price, we sign a preliminary agreement and pay a deposit.
  6. You provide us with the original documents.
  7. We sign the notarial deed for the sale of the apartment.
  8. We transfer the funds to your account.

How much does it cost?

0 PLN — you pay nothing at any stage of the transaction.
You sell the apartment — we pay.

How is a BUYOUT different from a standard apartment sale?

TIME — by selling your property to us, you receive the money within a few days of first contact. When selling on the open market, you may receive the funds after several months or even a year.

MONEY — by selling to us, you will receive up to 80% of the market value of the property. Remember that on the open market, in the case of a prolonged transaction, additional costs, or a drop in prices, you may not achieve your expected price.

After the transaction is completed, you do not have to move out — you can rent the apartment from us on preferential terms.
